Pregustà reads the menu in front of you — dishes, prices, photos, and flags for your allergies and diet. If something is wrong, we want to know.
hello@pregusta.com. A person reads it. Say what you were doing and, if a scan went wrong, roughly when — that is enough for us to find it on our side.
A scan failed. A failed scan never uses one of your free scans. Try once more with the menu filling the photo; if it keeps failing, email us — that usually means the problem is ours, not yours.
Moving your pass to a new phone. Open the app → plans screen → Restore purchase, and enter the email you paid with. We send a code; the pass moves to the phone you enter it on, with your name and member number. Signing in with Apple also brings your pass and history to any phone.
Cancelling. Open Account and tap your pass — cancellation is inside, no email needed, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Deleting your data. At the bottom of Account, in the app, immediately. What stays and why is written plainly in the Privacy Policy.
Photos are AI previews, and the menu’s own words always win. If a photo misrepresents a dish, press and hold it in the app to report it — that goes straight to us.
